Event Center Rentals

The State Fair Event Center is the only facility in Southern West Virginia that can offer over 40,000 square feet of covered, indoor exhibit space all with restroom and kitchen facilities.  Whether you have been charged with planning your company's annual business meeting, educational seminar or corporate conference, you're sure to find a solution.  Our facility is also perfectly suited for weddings, anniversaries and reunions.

  All pricing includes:

  • Set-up day. Receptions, reunions and private parties will receive one set-up day. Larger public events, such as trade shows, will receive two set-up days. Additional set-up days can be reserved at $50 per day.
  • Tables and chairs to accommodate 200 people. (Inventory to be assigned based on date that renatal was confirmed)
  • Maintenance and staff support as needed. (Additional charge may be billed for some events)
  • Free parking
  • Camping facilities (primitive and hook-up lots available)
  • No catering or outside vendor restricitions (list of referrals available upon request)

The Event Center will hold your date for two weeks. If after two weeks, a contract has not been signed, the Event Center may rent the facility to other interested parties.
