Friends of West Virginia Public Broadcasting host "All Our Rhubarb is Above Average" Bake Off's around the State!

Regional winners will receive two (2) tickets to see "A Prairie Home Companion: The Rhubarb Tour" with Garrison Keillor and Special Guest Suzy Bogguss at the 2008 State Fair on August 12, 8 pm.  Winners will also be our guest for an exclusive VIP reception featuring members of the cast and crew of "The Rhubarb Tour".

Scholarships are awarded to applicants that are West Virginia residents and must be pursuing a vocational trade, associate or bachelors degree and must have participated in the Junior Livestock Show, Equine Show or 4-H and FFA Youth Exhibit Program within the past five (5) years. 

Applicants must also be eligible for college admission during the same year in which they apply for the State Fair Scholarship, or must be currently enrolled in post secondary education.
