Mega Pass:
- Unlimited carnival rides for 12 hours (11 am - 11 pm)
- $35 for Adults ($10 gate admission/$25 Mega Pass at Ticket Booth)
- $32 for Youth ($7 gate admission/$25 Mega Pass at Ticket Booth)
- $25 for children 5 years old and younger ($0 gate/$25 Mega Pass at Ticket Booth)
Big Pass:
- Unlimited carnival rides for 6 hours (11 am - 5 pm)
- $30 for Adults ($10 gate admission/$20 Big Pass at Ticket Booth)

Weekend Spins:

- $20 for children 5 years old and younger ($0 gate/$20 Weekend Spin at Ticket Booth)
Weekend Spins is valid only on the following days, August 9, 10 and 16 for times outlined above. Gate admission is purchased first, then proceed to any carnival ride ticket booth to purchase Weekend Spin.
$5 After 5 pm Weeknight:
If you love the fair, but have to work during the day, then this is a GREAT value for you. Visit the Fair after 5 pm during the week from August 11 - 14 and pay only $5 for gate admission. This offer is good to all fairgoers from the age of 6 and up.
Lunch Special:
Purchase a regular gate admission (cash only) at the "Will Call" booth between 12 noon and 2 pm; receive your ticket and enjoy lunch at the Fair. Return to the "Will Call" booth no later than 2 pm and exchange your lunch ticket for a FULL refund of your gate admission! Lunch at the Fair is offered August 11 - 14th. Refunds will not be offered if you show a hand stamp. Ages 6 +
Raft and Ride at the 2008 State Fair of WV - Whitewater Rafting Guests of ACE Whitewater Adventure Resort receive a $2 Gate Admission voucher for their visit to the Fair.
Gate Admission:
- Adult (ages 13 and over) - $10
- Youth (ages 6 - 12) - $7
- Children 5 years old and younger are always FREE
